To obtain the 'Force of the Initial Shadow', you need to battle a Skydow warrior. Once you defeat him, Skydow Force will pass into the survivor's spirit chakra. A body needs to hold the Force of Initial Shadow to fully uncover the might of the Skydow.

Flow of the True Shadow
Briefing

Briefing
Performance in battle shows the ultimate result of a Skydow warrior's training. Although the Limit Break Shura breaks open and takes away one's ignorance, you must complete your training at the Altar of Amoco to join the Skydow Crusaders and become a Shadow Enforcer.
