You arrive at the trailhead of Flaming Mountain and meet Apollo. You two then climb up together.
The mountain is steep, but fortunately you are very skilled and can chat along the way. Apollo is an easy-going person, so he briefly talked about the grudges he had with Kufang Yise decades ago.
It turns out that Kufang Yise was a Royal Knights when he was a boy. He and Apollo were life and death friends. They promised each other that they would sacrifice their lives to help each other no matter what in the future. Kufang Yise later left Empire and created a world of his own. He established a kingdom in the cold land in the north of the Central Continent and became the king of his kingdom.
After several hardships, Kufang got married and had a daughter, Kufang Gymoon. Kufang's wife died young, so he doted on his only daughter. However, due to the busy state affairs in the north, he lacked discipline on his daughter.
When Kufang Gymoon grew up, she was as beautiful as a flower. Her black hair made her young face even fairer. There were countless young men pursuing her, but except for her father, she treated all men with a cold face. Hence she got the title of "Ice Jade Princess". Unexpectedly, Kufang Gymoon ran away from home that year, and there was no news about her.
Kufang Yise put down state affairs, took off the crown, and turned his back on the people, just to find out the whereabouts of his daughter. Ten years later, Kufang finally found the whereabouts of his daughter in Mercenary, but at that time it was heard that Kufang Gymoon had already been sick and incurable.
It turns out that back then, Kufang Gymoon followed a young man from out of town to join Mercenary and entered the underworld. The two of them worked together. The young man defeated powerful enemies and became the Fifth Hand of Mercenary. Kufang Gymoon also successfully became the Sixth Hand of Mercenary. In order to go further, the two began to practice secretly. Unexpectedly, Kufang Gymoon seemed to have gone crazy and fell into the Flaming Mountain where no one could enter.
The young man entered the Flaming Mountain for Kufang Gymoon, but he met Kufang Yise who also came to look for his daughter. The two started a fierce combat, and in the end the young man was injured and left. In order to preserve his daughter's achievements, he took over the position of the Fifth Hand in Mercenary.
Kufang Yise later came to Apollo twice, but Apollo had promised his sister Artemis never to use the ability of Holy Resurrection on humans. The two fought over this, and the fight became more and more fierce, until they finally made an agreement. The agreement is that if Apollo can be forced to come to Kufang Gymoon in the future, Apollo will perform Holy Resurrection to bring Kufang Gymoon back to life.
As you listen to Apollo telling the story of the past, you are thinking that Kufang Gymoon must be in the mountain. Although the battle has not started yet, it has already been lost to Kufang Yise...
